Solute Guard Therapeutics AG (SGTx) is an early-stage monoclonal antibody (mAb) development company, generating, first-in-class therapeutics against a novel receptor target that plays a pivotal role in controlling ectopic lymphoid structure (ELS) formation and inflammation.  We are initially focussed on a new, multi-dimensional, mAb for the treatment of Sjogren’s Disease (SjD) and then for Lymphoid Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and other chronic inflammatory diseases.
