Since 2019, Luigi Solines has been with Basel Area Business & Innovation.

Luigi Solines has more than 16 years of experience in the USA (Charles River Laboratories) and France (Sanofi Pasteur) as a senior technician and supervisor in different laboratory services, specifically in biotechnologies used in immunology and diagnostics.

He managed technical projects such as the implementation of a corporate laboratory safety manual and more recently the conception and implementation of new more accurate immunoassays to replace older techniques.
Luigi Solines holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Marine Biology from the University of Maine.
