You can refer any biotech company (startup, scale-up, or established business) that is actively looking for lab space and not already in conversation with us.

No — they must not be in contact with us yet. Referrals only count if they are new leads we haven’t spoken to before.

We offer furnished private biology, chemistry, and analytical private labs, plus fully equipped shared lab spaces. All within a flexible, innovation-driven environment.

To qualify, they need to sign a rental agreement within 4 months of being referred.

You can refer as many companies as you like — and you’ll earn CHF 1000 for every eligible company that signs and stays. Please fill out a separate form for each contact you refer to earn the reward.

Once your referral has signed the contract and met all conditions, we’ll reach out to arrange your CHF 1000 payout via bank transfer.

No. Companies, persons or organizations cannot refer themselves. Since the program is designed exclusively for external referrals, affiliated companies are encouraged to contact us directly to explore tailored partnership or contract opportunities.
