Compared to our private offices and coworking spaces, in the customizable spaces you are in control over the design, interior layout and branding elements. Usually companies go for their own customizable space when they need more than 100 m2, and have more time for the individual buildout of their future workspace.
Here’s the timeline for when you can move into each building at Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area:
Main Campus HQ: Available immediately.
Hortus: Space available in 2025.

Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area – Main Campus is the largest life sciences-focused innovation park in Switzerland. Located in the heart of Europe’s leading life sciences cluster, it’s just 15 minutes from Basel’s city center, airport, and train station.
